I love smoothies. It's how I get my fruits and vegetable in throughout the day. Plus, they're delicious. I recently tried adding spinach to my smoothies. I was so skeptical about it, but you really can't taste it in there! What an excellent way to add fiber and minerals to your diet without tasting it! So now I always have a bag of baby spinach in the fridge to add to smoothies.
Here's the one I made today.
Spinach
Orange Juice
Frozen Blueberries (if you don't have anything frozen, you must add ice to make it cold)
Fresh Strawberries
A Banana (with some of it going to the dog, of course :)
Orange sherbet
Yummy yummy!
